LOST PARCELS

If you think your order has been lost, please contact us within 14 days your dispatch notification. After that date, your order cannot be refunded or replaced.
Royal Mail require a minimum of 10 working days before a parcel may be considered as 'lost', therefore we cannot speed up the process. If your order has still not arrived after this time we will send a replacement. No refunds will be given for lost orders to protect us against fraudulent claims.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders on which an incorrect delivery address has been provided.


CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS.

POSTAGE 
All parcels are sent via Royal Mail second class signed for unless you have selected an express delivery method at checkout.
