Parcels are sent via Royal Mail TRACKED 24 WITH SIGNATURE

Due to postal strikes and other couriers suspending their service this is the best option.

Royal Mail are prioritising Tracked 24 and Next Day Delivery.

If you think your order has been lost, please contact us within 14 days your dispatch notification. After that date, your order cannot be refunded or replaced.
Royal Mail require a minimum of 10 working days from the expected arrival date before a parcel may be considered as 'lost', therefore we cannot speed up the process. If your order has still not arrived after this time we will send a replacement. No refunds will be given for lost orders to protect us against fraudulent claims.

Please contact me as soon as you receive the damaged items and include a photo of how the item arrived (damaged packaging) and the damage to the item.

If you realise you have ordered with an old or incorrect postal address please contact me asap to correct your address before your item is shipped.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders that have already been shipped on which an incorrect delivery address has been provided.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS DUE TO CUSTOMS.

Returns and exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any non-personalised or custom items i.e any prints that are exactly as pictured. 

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Dispatch items back within: 21 days of delivery but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Pre approved returns will be refunded as soon as your item is accepted back at our home office in its original condition.

Double Trouble Prints & Designs understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how it is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits Our Site and therefore (subject to the limited exceptions in section 5, below) do not collect information about you unless you contact us (in which case, see section 4, below). Any information we do collect will only be used in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and our obligations under the law.
