Refund policy

  • If a product is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with as soon as it arrives. If you could take photos of the damaged packaging if you believe it was damaged in transit as this will help me with my claim against the courier. I will get a replacement in the post to you as soon as possible. 
  • If you change your mind, you can return non-personalised items for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me by emailing me doubletroubleprintsanddesigns@outlook.com to let me know you're returning your item, and send it back to Double Trouble Prints and Designs,FOA Katie Ponton, Sandalwood, Thrigby Road, Filby, Norfolk, NR29 3HJ.
  • Please note you are responsible for the return postage and liable until it arrives back safely to me. Once received you will receive a refund for the item within 14 working days.
  • Unfortunately I cannot accept returns of personalised items, so please make sure you double check the spelling of any names or dates you've requested.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
