DISPATCH TIME
I aim to dispatch all items withing 5 working days.
ALL CHRISTMAS ITEMS WILL BE 2-3 WEEK TURN AROUND BEFORE DISPATCH
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me first and I will do my best to accommodate this.
ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS SIGNED FOR (WITHIN THE UK)
2nd Class - we aim to deliver in two to three working days*. This includes: Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class** Royal Mail 48®
if you wish to upgrade your delivery please select at check out or contact me for a quote.
A3+ Items will be sent with another courier due to the size but are sent with a 2-3 working day service.
All items are sent recorded and I will add your tracking information on to your order for when you receive your dispatch email
Damaged items upon arrival
Please contact me as soon as you receive them with photos of how they arrived and I will send out a replacement.
I really need photos though as I will need to put a claim in with the courier
